Card of the Day

I am going to be doing something different now for the card of the day.  I am writing a book that consists of poetry versions of the Tarot.  I am going to also provide a basic meaning of the card, but I will incorporate a poem that I write as well.  The level of intimacy and personal feel will vary.  I am very excited about this new project.  I have been curious about where to go with my blog.  I am going to use my blog as a stepping stone into my writing.  Please enjoy!

The Devil could indicate some negativity or trickery in your life that you need to get away from.  It could also mean change.  It is an external force that is out of your control.  When you get this card, you need to ask yourself some questions like are you being tricked or restricted or do you have an addiction of some kind?  It could also be a positive card and means that it's time for you to change and break bad habits.  It makes you aware of the negative, so you can switch to the positive.

The Satyr values more than eager addiction.

Passion and sexuality run deep within his wings.

Materialism sinks immensely below his horns.

He answers only to the goat of the Capricorn.

When he appears, ask about trickery in life.

Prepare yourself for that uncontrolled change.

Hell-bent on endeavors, break those bonds now.
